I find it disgusting that you are able to declare a parcel incorrectly knowing that the receiver is responsible for the vat and duties applicable by customs. I have now been penalised for your incorrect declaration of goods. This is a disgrace! I will make sure to tell as many people about the bad service I have gotten and the fact that you declare your goods incorrectly and expect your customer to take on the penalties and blame for the incorrect declaration.
I will personally not recommend your services to anyone and I will definitely not purchase from you in future. You have made it extremely difficult for me to get my parcel and now I have to pay for your mistake.

"I have been searching High a Low for the perfect dress for my upcoming Christmas party. I finaly found this dress on DuDuTa. I was so excited I bought it right away!!
After reading some bad reviews I got quite nervous about my purtchase. I contacted DuDuTa right away via E-mail thru their website. I was suprised to find a responce to my Email the next morning! This suprised me only because I have read a few reviews about people not being able to contact the company. I have Emailed DuDuTa 3 times now and spoke with Coney regarding shipping dates and status and I have recieved a responce to each Email within 24h. This gave me a bit more peice of mind. I am happy with the service DuDuTa has provided up to this point.

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY DRESS!!!!!!! I received a dress I intended to use for my wedding reception and it didnt remotely resemble the photo on their site. The lace is as stiff and thick as cardboard. Cheap quality .I contacted the phone # they provided on the site within 24 hours of delivery in attempt to return and be refunded- to no avail. I sent SEVERAL emails to which I received a response only to the first - stating in broken english that there may be "some differences between the actual dress and the picture" and that they "hope for your fully understanding". I dont generally write reviews, but I feel as though I have no recourse because I could never resell this thing - and as such am writing a review. SO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. If your intent is to save money- trust that you will not, as you'll have to buy a 2nd replacement dress. Believe the reviews! Really wish I had!!!! "
"My wedding dress was delivered to my door on January 8th when I ordered it only on December 25th. It is everything I had hoped for! I had a seamstress help me with measurements so I wouldn't accidentally make any mistakes. The dress is absolutely gorgeous! (Here's the one I ordered - http://www.duduta.com/a-line-strapless-sweep-plus-size-wedding-dress-with-beading-appliques-3158.html) I did have to glue four of the beads back into place, but I didn't find that to be a big hassle. The customer service in getting my dress delivered were wonderful. (DHL doesn't service my area, so I had to use a second company - which they made very clear.) Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this site to friends and use it in the future. Thank you, DuDuTa!"
"I bought a wedding dress with duduta. And just for the record I am not a spam. I initially had big doubt ordering online especially a wedding dress. Reading negative reviews online made me look over and over like 2 months. Even my boyfriend says not to take the risk.but you know what , glad I did.Customer service offered saying to buy sample materials just paying postage fee and I did. They offered 3types of sample. Any queries their ommunication was prompt 24hours.after seeing their lace sample on 1 of the dress I went for that sample. Placed my order 5th June2013 and I received it at 26 June woaah ohh!!!! I did my own measuring but think dress length was a bit long so might to wear petticoat or higher heals.,but overall very happy with my dreams.Thank you!!!!!. For the price of this dress compared to paying 3000 aud or 10000 sister it is worth it.so , measure your size, always communicate and. Mostly ask for samples. Do research!!!! "
"2 wedding dresses in the garbage. I endup buying a dress in the last minute in a boutique. First dress was made out a diferente material. Was supposed to be organza and was satin (very shiny and glossy) second dress was completely diferent the dont even look alike. Made out of organza but none of them was made out of the measures that I specify. In step came 4 inches smaller and my but dont even get inside the dress (I dont have a big but) (im white)"

I was very nervous about using them, just becausethere are so many bad reports about using foreign manufacturers, but went ahead and now couldn't be more happy. I am so very impressed. It is all that the photo showed. So very beautiful. Materials good quality, stitching and finishing work great standard. Only needed hemmimg. "I ordered a wedding dress on June 20th. I have searched high and low for "THE ONE" and I found it on your site! My order #105285899 Shipped on July 4th and arrived today July 10th. I was so nervous about purchasing a dress all the way from China, especially being that I wouldn't see the dress until it was here. I got the box today and was worried because the box was smaller than I was expecting (the dress is a big dress with a good bit of detail). I waited for my mom, cousin, and sister before I opened the box. As I opened the box and opened the dress I was almost in tears!!! The dress is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I can NOT express how grateful I am to you all for having such a company to help complete the dreams of such a beautiful day!! The quality of my dress was awesome. The only problem I had (which for me isn't really a problem at all) is there were a few tiny holes where some pins were, however they are so small they are unnoticeable and not even a factor and doesn't take away from the beauty of the dress!!! "I ordered my wedding dress through DuDuta. A little apprehensive due to mixed feedback I had read on their facebook page. I decided it was worth the risk, because the dresses are A Lot cheaper than anything you might be able to by in the shops and they have so much to choose from.
I placed my order on the 11 June and I received it on the 19th of June.
Overall I am very happy with the dress. Just one or two things I'll need to adjust.
I will definitely order another dress from DuDuta for my next big function!!! "
"I ordered this beautiful organza wedding dress (at least in the picture) based on the previous positive reviews...however when I got my dress it was still full of pins where there was no stitching and the stitching that was done, was so poor and uneven that half the dress looked like it was loose and falling apart and the other half scrunched up. The top part was great and the lace back was too but the bottom was a mess. They told me that steam would work to make the dress even and I tried it twice and it did not work. I then took it to a seamstress who told me that no steam could make the dress look proper and even because the stitching was so terribly done. It would cost more for the seamstress to start over with the stitching that the actual cost of the dress. This is the second dress I have bought from DuDuta that needs/needed additional work because the stitching is so sloppy. They refuse to refund me and again offer to give me a discount on my next purchase!!! (Which I won't fall for anymore!!!) Do not buy from them!!"
"I recently ordered my wedding dress from DuDuTa with a little apprehension. I had read various reviews...some great, some horrible. But, figured I would take it with a grain of salt and see how things went. My order was processed quickly and shipped to Canada in fine condition...all within about 3-weeks.
I admit that when my dress arrived I was overall happy, but there were a few things that needed to be addressed. The sizing was a little off, but in all fairness I selected an off the rack standard size (vs. custom fitting) and knew some adjustments would be needed. I was rather concerned at first, but after taking it to a local seamstress was told it could be made just the way I wanted without issues...what a relief!
However, the dress I selected had a rather elaborate detailed and beaded skirt that did not turn out as expected. In general it looked similar, however they had left all of the thread running between the beadded detail and could be seen through the lace detail and most of the beadding was saging. It is something I can fix on my own while watching t.v., but it looked sloppy. Also, the picture showed a beaded floral detail at the neckline which didn't look at all the same on the dress I received. It looks okay, but not what is pictured at all.
Perhaps the most annoying thing for me has been that I left roughly the same review on their site, however after more than 3-days my review is yet to be posted on their site...however they have 6 glowing reviews for that dress posted. Again, my overall dealing with them were good, but their lack of transparency is obvious and makes me question future dealings with them. If you are going to offer a comments section you need to be prepared for the good and bad...and in the case of my review, the middle of the road."
"Duduta has amazingly cheap wedding dresses and formal dresses. I ordered a dress for after my wedding, something I could easily dance more comfortably in. When I received it I noticed that it needed some alterations unfortunately. So I just recently took it in to get altered. The seamstress have very little good things to say about the dress, saying it was poorly made. And although on DuduTa's website it states that it will provide extra material on the dress in case it needs alterations, that wasn't the case for my dress. I probably won't order anything from DuDuTa's website ever again, based on the golden rule, "you get what you pay for". Unfortunately I'll probably be shelling out more money then I anticipated after alterations are finished.. I've learned my lesson. Hopefully my wedding guest's won't notice all the flaws that I now see thanks to the amazing woman that is trying to fix my dress. "
