The book had been specified in good condition on the web description if you were the next person to buy this item. I refreshed the page several times, that didn't change, so I had assumed I would be getting a book in good condition. Instead I got the library copy, with stamps and writing, stickers and tape all over the place. This was not very satisfying, as I paid $30(with shipping) for this book. As I haven't had to deal with their customer service, (I spent a few days gettting everything off the book instead of returning it), I can't tell you how that would have gone."

The purchase was made easily through the Amazon website and I paid with my Paypal account. The book was sent out very quickly and arrived in excellent condition.
