"I came in to get some parts to do a fluid change for my differential and transfer case. The guy in the parts department found the parts very quickly and they were reasonably priced. I originally tried to get these parts from Livermore Toyota since it’s closer to me. However, the guy there gave me some wrong parts. I think I will make Dublin my first stop in the future. "

"On April 22 I made an online purchase for 2 caliber pin bolts (order # T04362000608429) and called Dublin Toyota and were given confirmation that these items were in stock. I arrived on the same day at around 9:05 am. The person that helped me was John or Johnnie, I believe. He said that I would need to wait for online orders to be processed before I can pick up the part. The total for 2 bolts was $2.49 online with tax. He said the only way I can pick up the parts was to pay the regular price of $2.96 per bolt which came out to be about $6.57 with tax. I told him that I urgently needed these parts since my car cannot operate without them and is sitting idle. Didn't matter to him as he just recited store policy that I will need to wait and it may take 1-2 days for processing. It was not until after I paid $6.57 before he told me the person processing the part will arrive at 9:30 am (in about 30 minutes). The whole time, his attitude was really rude and he did not seem like we wanted to help me or provide any type of solution. I don't think this person should be anywhere near customers without proper training and improvement in his people skills. It doesn't take much to go the extra mile help someone but the benefits would be immeasurable. I believe I've dealt with this person once before in the past and with very similar results so I don't think it was just a one time event or he was just having a bad day. Anyway, in my opinion this person should not be in a position to represent the Toyota brand until he improves his customer service skills."
