I left a message for a return phone call (message said they would get back the next business day and did not). I called a second time and got the answering machine (during open hours). I would have like to talk with someone regarding if the items were stocked.

"I wanted to purchase long lasting outdoor furniture that did not have to be stored each winter. After researching online, I decided polywood furniture would be the answer. Dutch Crafters had many excellent reviews, so I ordered from them. I thought they were selling their own brand of polywood furniture. They did not give me a discounted price, even though it was discounted 10% just 3 days prior to ordering, plus $260 shipping. After receiving the furniture from different vendors, I realized they were a middleman. Their vendors have different warranties (some 10 yrs, some 20) and the furniture comes direct from the various makers. The same furniture is available on other websites at a much better price and many offer free shipping. Buyer beware!!"
