"Received a table and four chairs. The table has multiple quality issues with how the spring loaded leaves were installed. Gap so wide you can see the hinges and the floor. One has a warped edge that Hans lower than the table. One of the chairs has the apholstered seat applied completely cockeyed! All four of the chairs have little to none finish on the edges of the burned edges. When I called to say I would not accept this Furniture, Inwas told I have to wait for a service technician to look at it. I pay over $2,300 for new furniture and I am expected to have a technician try to fix it! I wanted to return this set and order from a different Amish builder and Inwas told no, if we determine we cannot fix the set you have, you have to get the same product. No changes!!! Who’s money paid for this furniture?. "

"If you like happy endings skip this review. I ordered my bathroom vanity during Labor Day Weekend in 2017. It was completed later then the 8-10 weeks estimated, so by the time it was shipped it arrived December 9,2017. Unfortunately even though my husband and I were right there to take the delivery the guy tilted it to put it on a dolly and broke one of the legs. Then he bothered us for a half hour telling us he could glue it back together. We declined and he finally left with the broken leg. Since it was a Saturday I sent an email and left a message with customer service. Next they decided the leg could be replaced and the cabinet salvaged. Five weeks later I have the new leg and a guy to fix it. He breaks the new leg as he screws it together. Now it's still broken and the new leg looks awful. I contact the company again and they just give me the run around. Twenty weeks after my order I have a broken vanity and $2500 less in my pocket. They are great at responding via email, but super slow with actual answers."

Order made September 2017, all payments made on time. Delivery 12/18, furniture wrong color after verifying color selection twice. Delivery refused. Today 1/5/18, still no word from the company! No apology, no idea on where my furniture is or my money!!!

"These folks are great to deal with. Heads up there stuff is made one order at a time can take as little as 10 weeks and up to 14 weeks. Quality takes time. We have many many pieces ordered on line sight unseen and have never been disappointed. Our recient delivery was late and we contacted Jennifer and she quickly resolved the problem. The delivery men called the day before and wanted to know if 7 am would work for us. It did and they were ringing my doorbell at 7 am...... "
