"From what I understand Dvor is owned by Optics Planet so it’s no surprise that they have the same horrible business practices. Items they claim are “in stock” but won’t ship for months just like Optics Planet "
"They advertise merchandise as specials without having the merchandise in stock. Their customer service department has terrible communication, doesn't answer their phone, when they did on one occasion, I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 16 minutes and then hung up. They are WITHOUT EXCEPTION ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH. They used covid as an excuse then they use the excuse that we are having unprecedented business orders, yet they don't do anything to correct their problems. They can hire other people. They can't process returns in a reasonable time, 10 days being reasonable. I had to call and have them manually process a return after about 2 weeks.
The prices are decent, but not great. Their customer service is unrivaled as imo the worst in the business. TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING AND THEY KNOW IT AND DON'T CARE. MY OPINION - BUY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEAD ACHE AND FRUSTRATION!!!

"I have fallen to the very competitive prices D Dvor offer in their site. They processed my credit card lighting fast, and, now, I been waiting a month (at the time of writing) for an item that apparently has yet to be leaving the store. i have spoken via telephone and E-Mail with their excellent " Customer Deceiver Service" and I was assured in all instances that my order has now become a "PRIORITY SHIPPING". that was two weeks ago!!!. I can only guess that, over a century ago, was normal for packages from IL to NJ to arrive after long months and many dangers to their destination, customers could have been lead to believe anything about the fate of their goods. In today's age it only shows the lack of professionalism of the owners of this E-Store as well as their complete indifference to customers."
"Dvor prices are pretty good but they charge shipping cost $10 no matter how much you order and no full refund only Dvor credit.
The biggest problem they have is shipping speed, and I really really mean it.. If you need your stuff fast, I'd highly recommend staying away from Dvor.
I've ordered 2 items that are in stock, and it's been 23 days and they have not been shipped still showing (order being fulfilled). I've called Dvor 3 times in which 2 times they said they've escalated the order, but cannot offer any additional help. They also asked me if I'd like to pay additional $30 to speed up the shipping and I was like "Bruh... it's not shipping speed that's the problem.. it's how you guys handle orders..""
"They have great prices on items. However you give them your money and in turn, you get to wait for months. I wish there was a way to post a picture, I have a screen shot showing that I ordered on 11/29 and it is now 12/23, $1036 order. Paid for the fastest shipping. I've emailed several time only to get an email two days later saying "Your issue has been resolved"!?! What?? Customer service does nothing except tell you "You been placed on the Priority List" the other says "Your shipment has been accelerated." Which is it "Priority or Accelerated?" It's neither, it's lip service. Pay a little more elsewhere and get your package in a week or less.

"My 1st & only time ordering from Dvor. I ordered two Safariland holsters. 1 in FDE, 1 in coyote brown. Weren't my first color choices, but that's what they said they had, and the price was right. Turns out what they meant by "in-stock" was not-in-stock. And what they meant by, "Expected to ship in 1-2 business days", was "It'll be at least 112 days until they ship." Yes. One Hundred and Twelve Days. Until they ship. At least. For reasons unclear to me, they didn't have both of the holsters that they let me order and pay for. They have one, but I'd have to pay separate shipping for it. Based solely on my experience, I cannot recommend buying anything from Dvor if you want to get it in a reasonable amount of time."
"These guys really ****. They offer great prices on stuff THEY DONT HAVE. They take your money and then do NOTHING. I have been waiting 26 days (since they took my money) and it still shows as "in processing". Total BS.
I've sat on hold 5 times today, waiting 20 minutes each time, before being dropped into voicemail which they say they don't bother checking or responding to.
Next step is to contact Visa and my Back to see if I can get fraud charges started."
"Dvor does list some good deals once in a while. But if you order that great deal, they just never ship it. 3 times now I've ordered something that was a good deal, and finally had to cancel the orders because the shipping date kept getting pushed out by 4 to 6 to8 weeks at a time. They simply say "it's been ordered", yet on the site they show it as available when you place your order.
So basically Dvor is just a total waste of your time. "

hmm just for future reference for your site. People like me will stop buying things that are sized just for that reason. I am not upset but it should be better disclosed that that is the policy. So for instance. Now i am forced to buy something from you that Is not sized and somehow find something that is exactly that amount. In my world that is not a good thing. So more than likely I will stop and probably delete your site out so I don't forget and make a mistake in the future. Thank you for your time.

"Had some order issues and called customer service was great and could not have been more helpful and friendly.. but as optics planet discount site pricing here should be cheaper so do your home work and compare prices on both sites and don’t assume you can end up saving yourself a good bit of money I learned the hard way but overall great experience some item leadtimes were longer than posted again crust service did everything they could to expedite even upgraded shipping for those item so I could use my products. "

"I ordered a zev slide for my Glock and a very attractive sale price. After ordering I was told that the product had gone on back order and I would have to wait; no problem it happens.
A few weeks go by without any notice so I decide to check my order status on their website. To my surprise the order had been cancelled without notice or explanation. I assumed that perhaps the product was no longer available... well shockingly enough, the product is listed as available on their site at the regular MSRP.
I sent an email asking what the F had happened and I have yet to hear from anyone. Stay far far away from this company. Shame on me for not reading the reviews sooner as this experience seems rather par for the course."

"I have placed over 5 orders with DVOR ranging from Gloves to High End Vortex optics and I have never had a problem with anything.
The only complaints I have with DVOR is their shipping is a bit expensive, especially when the item you are buying is less than say $100 or so, which is a lot of items they sell, I find I can usually get those items cheaper elsewhere once you add 10 bucks for shipping. My only other complaint is that yes, you may find a decent deal on something, but sometimes they won't ship the item for several weeks, if you look close enough it will usually tell you when they expect to ship it, but I have purchased items thinking I would have them in a few days only to find out they won't ship for several weeks. All that said, I think DVOR is a great company(basically optics planet), not everything they have is a good deal, but occasionally you will find a better deal here than you will find anywhere else.
