"Received order on 2/14/12. Have had real good experience up til now with our orders. However, there is a crack across the top shelf of this table on the front right corner. It does not go all the way through the table and we don't feel that it warrants sending the table back. But it is a shame to have a crack in the top, and if we are not careful with it, it may eventually pop off the corner. It would be nice to have a replacement top shelf for this table."

We expected a delay in shipping because of the Holidays and that was not a problem. I called Michael just to make sure everything was OK with the order. He assured me that the order went through and that it would be shipped by FedEx freight. The entire experience was great. FedEx called and told us when the box was to arrive and it was right on time. We received it undamaged and the driver even helped me get it off the truck and take it to my front entrance, which he didn't have to do.
