"I ordered the Solidtech Radius Duo 3 AV stand for $1000. Dynamic Home Decor's description said "Pristine, natural wood shelves" And when it arrived, the shelves were wood veneer MDF with the MDF showing around the entire edge. The packaging was insufficient for the weight and two of the shelves incurred shipping damage. The shelf that had no damage had two big circles in the finish from the manufacturer. The color chips on the web page were mislabeled and the color I chose was not even an option. The color I received (Cherry) was listed as "Oak". And finally the web page said the top shelf came with "Custom-made aluminum end-caps prevent damage to the shelf due to over-tightening" and it did not. The web page had more incorrect information that correct information about the item.

As for the shipping damage, Michael sent three new shelves which he said he inspected before he double boxed and shipped, but unfortunately his inspection failed to see a THREE INCH CRACK in the edge of the MDF on one shelf and five other dents on the corners of the other shelves. This damage could not have happened after being double boxed, as the padding on the second box was good. That tells me he didn't take the time to actually inspect something he already knew was a problem, even though he said he did. He then refused to send any more shelves and only offered a $200 credit.

On 1/11, Michael said he would update the wrong information of the web page "immediately" and as of this posting on 2/10 he has not. I would not believe too much of the product descriptions on this site or much of what the owner says. Eventually he did refund halve the price when threatened with a charge-back from the credit card company, but I was in no way impressed with his efforts to resolve these issues throughout the process.

"Excellent customer service. Fast response to emails. Item was just as described. One of the doors had a black mark on it and I requested a replacement. A new door was sent to me in just a few days along with a tracking number. I would definitely do business with them again."

"This company is nothing but fraud - do not waste your time or money hoping that they may have the products that they claim to have. Expect an email after your card has been charged letting you know that your item is unavilable. I spoke to the so called owner of this company, who was rude, whiny, and absolutely lied about my order. I am filing a dispute with my bank, but am certainly going to have to change my account information to prevent this company from perpetuating further fraud.

Selling an item that you do not possess is FRAUD. I was emailed and told that my sale was voided, followed by a string of rude and unprofessional emails from the owner of this company, taking a full 3 hours to finally provide me with the proof that my sale was voided, over 72 hours after the order was made. I encourage anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere instead. A lot of time wasted, money that still has not been credited back, and nothing to show for it but some abusive emails from the owner! "

"The delivery was quicker than I thought it would be, and there were no missing or damaged pieces. The assembly is time-consuming but very specific and detailed. I'd say it took 3 leisurely hours with numerous breaks. The piece looks just as presented in photos. It is solid and attractive. The price is quite good for the look I was after. I would recommend this retailer to anyone. Gotta give 5 out of 5 stars! "
