"I placed an order for two watches and a repair kit. unfortunately when the order shipped it contained only 1 watch (which was broken) and the repair kit. I contacted Dynamite Time expecting having to go back and forth to get this matter resolved. "Ordered a Wittnauer watch (now discontinued) and got nearly 75% off.... that is, I saved $600. Initially I had some trouble getting a hold of customer service and had to write in three times to get a response. They told me that the watch they originally had didn't pass their QA procedure and that the response was delayed due to Passover and Easter... would have been nice for them to set a message or something in the meantime.
Anyway, they eventually ended up sending me a replacement watch (they found another in the same model apparently) via UPS 2nd day. Watch is great, just got it sized. I'd use them again just because of the pricing."

"I'd originally ordered 1 of two watches offered (same watch, different color); however, I received the other of the two. When I contacted them, they immediately apologized for the mistake, then offered to either arrange for the item to be returned to them for a full refund, or allow me to keep the watch and they would issue me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. I really liked the watch (Brand New) and I could live with the color, so I chose to keep the watch and accept the credit. A few months later I did purchase another watch. After doing so, I contacted them as they'd requested, and they did apply my credit in the form of a refund back to my C. Card. Very timely response and process! While NO company is perfect, for me, they did acknowledge and strive to make good on their mistake."
"I must say that I am completely taken aback by the incredible customer service that I received with my purcahse from DYNAMITE TIME! I bought a watch for my husband that was broken when he opened it. I could not find a number to contact the company and immediately began to worry. But I tried emailing the confirmation email address hoping I might find a real person at some point! AND I DID! Within days I received an email apologizing and saying a new one was already on its way. They included a prepackaged envelope to use to return the broken watch. Just as stated in my email, the new one arrived and the old one went back. There was NOT ONE question or debate or discussion about the item!!! I just received an email thanking me for returning the broken watch and they had received it. What an awesome experience!!! Really in this day and age, where customer service is NOT top priority in most cases, DYNAMITE TIME has seriously changed my opinion of online purchasing.
