"I've now ordered several items from Dynamite Time and have to say I am pleasantly surprised at the quick shipping, quality of products and customer service that is FAST work out any issues that may need worked out. One recent order had a factory defective item and within minutes after contacting customer service, I was notified a replacement was on the way along with a prepaid return label. The only fault I can find at this point is that items could be shipped in a more rugged container as opposed to padded/non-padded envelopes. This could eliminate damage claims."
"I had ordered a nice Pulsar watch for my Father from Dynamite Time. I instead received a watch repair tool kit. I was a bit disappointed, but optimistic that they would work with me on the issue. I was planning on purchasing this kit from them in the future, so I emailed them stating the issue, but instead of having to ship the wrong item back that I was willing to pay them for it if they would just ship the watch which I had already purchased. They replied via email in a manner of hours apologizing for the mishap. They then said to keep the watch repair tools FOR FREE and that they were shipping the watch out ASAP. I received a USPS confirmation email only a few minutes later. I had previously purchased an Invicta watch from them, and all I can say is that the quality is AMAZING for the price. I have been nothing short of impressed with their service and plan to continue purchasing value items from them in the future. "
"I ordered a $699.99 watch from Dynamite Time. I received a cheap knock off watch that was made in China. This watch's style and brand name was completely different from the one that I had ordered. After numerous e-mails trying to get them to remedy the situation by asking to send me a replacement watch, or at the very least a refund, and not getting anywhere, I informed them of my intention to file a claim as a result of their unwillingness to cooperate. In turn, they threatened me in hopes of subverting my action of filing a claim. I just filed my claim. To anyone who plans on buying from this merchant, buyer beware."
"The prices were decent, the customer service was not. I placed an order for two watches. About a week later a postal tracking number came up. USPS stated that the package was never provided to them. I send sent several e-mails though their internal system, only one available. Since I paid with Paypal, I was able to contest the charge. Only then did the vendor reply stating it was the fault of the USPS, then asked me if they should ship the two watches? Their response to paypal was a new tracking number, this time it was good. Another week went by and I finally recevied the two watches. Keep in mind that this company is 26 miles from my home and everything else shipped from their city to mine takes 24 to 48 hours maximum to receive."
