"Everybody that works in this place has an attitude. You go in to buy a certain item and they try and push you to buy a more expensive one. The owner, RJ, is a typical salesman and I hate that. "I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled because the few that are out there about this vendor seem to come from vindictive customers. I placed my order on a very reasonably priced item ($69 when everyone else was around $100). I had to pay for shipping, but there was no tax. I ordered the item on a Monday morning and received it on Wednesday. You simply can't beat that. Everything panned out as advertised and I just placed my second order with this vendor. Don't let the few bad reviews from the past keep you from giving them a chance. They have exceeded all my expectations so far!"
"If I could leave a negative star rating.... I would. Bait and switch is the name of the game and if you don't like it, they'll refund your money and be rude about it. I tried in good faith to resolve things, even offering some possible solutions to the problem to no avail. So much for a company that claims to value customer satisfaction. I will never attempt to spend my money here again. I'm not a big fish, but you would think they would be happy to have part of the $5,000 a year budget for tools and accessories that I have. I'm sure their competitors will not complain though.
What happened? I tried to place a $289 order which included a 25 pack of Fein Multimaster blades. A couple days later I get an email stating that the 25 pack has been "discontinued" and "replaced" with a 10 pack for $6 less. I politely replied in a somewhat lengthy email that although I do understand mistakes happen, this sounded a bit on the bait-and-switch side of things and would like to know how we can resolve the issue. Their response was that the price on the 25 pack was a "mistake" because their competitor had it listed for $125 more (well, is it discontinued or a price error? I'm getting a little confused here) and offered free shipping (wow, thanks a LOT). I again politely responded that perhaps I had not made myself clear, 10 blades for $6 less and free shipping is a far cry from what I ordered and that we needed to work out something more acceptable, and listed options, such as offering two 10 packs of some other blade (there are other 10 packs that two of them would be slightly higher than the price for the 25 pack). The reply was quick and rude, that the "supervisor" instructed them to cancel my order.
So if you want to waste time and have your order canceled, then this may be the place to order from."
"Worse than bait and switch. Purchased (attempted) to purchase a cordless electric string trimmer. Good deal, good price - gave them all my information.
Two days later, I'm told that they ran out of batteries and chargers, but I could still have the trimmer, WITHOUT battery or charger, for the SAME price.
Will not be doing this again; extraordinarily glad I used Paypal, and not a credit card."
"This company is TERRIBLE. They charged me months ago, and never shipped my order. The worst part about this is that they admit everything, but keep telling me that they can't do anything because the item was supposed to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. They told me that they would refund my shipping, but I have not received any refund. I just hope that nobody else has to lose money to this terrible company.
Update: After a week of calling them on the phone, I finally got my money back. They were really rude about it, but I'm just glad to be done with them."
"They send out email notices that claim to state that their product has shipped, when in fact, they haven't. Then they try and blame it on UPS shipping. Buyer beware and I wouldn't advise fast shipping with this company. Customer service only responded when threatened with credit card reporting.
