"Worse than bait and switch. Purchased (attempted) to purchase a cordless electric string trimmer. Good deal, good price - gave them all my information.
Two days later, I'm told that they ran out of batteries and chargers, but I could still have the trimmer, WITHOUT battery or charger, for the SAME price.
Will not be doing this again; extraordinarily glad I used Paypal, and not a credit card."

"Ordered an HP DVD-burner and software for an amazing price. Received it faster than expected, all was good but no software. Called Newegg, talked to a real person in under a minute; he took perhaps a minute to look up my order, and then told me it was fixed. Received the software yesterday. Excellent service - they have a lifetime customer in me. Thanks"
