"THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND ARE JUST SCAM ARTISTS....DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!! I ordered the Micro PI Spy Camstick PRO Recorder with Audio in August 2013, A few days later it arrived. it would not charge and I tried it on a Laptop, Netbook, and a desktop computer and none of them charged the device. I called the company and got my RMA# and sent the product back. On September 18th I called the company and spoke to Andy who said that they had gotten a bad shipment and were waiting on a new shipment from manufacturer and it should be there that week. I waited and waited...On October 22 I called again and spoke to Dan (who I believe is the owner)he said they should be receiving a shipment within the week. And so I waited some more.....On December 2nd I began calling both the Florida and New York locations with no answer from either one. I still call weekly, have left many messages, have even tried their websites contact form...still NO RESPONSE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB. next is the Division of Consumer Services and the Attorney General!! I RATE THIS COMPANY -10"

"The directions that came with the camera are badly written by someone whose first language is not English. The instructions say something about a CD accompanying the product but there was no CD included with my package. I have not had a chance to contact customer service to get help. Not sure I can figure out how to use the camera with the current instructions."
