"Strange way of doing business. If you are buying a license for instance, which should be almost instantaneous, they take your money but you may have to wait days to receive the number. The phone number shown on their site seems to be permanently busy.

Their sales and customer service needs to be as good as their products, because they seem to be the only music software distributor that builds this kind of unnecessary delay into the process. "

"Ordered my item that showed in stock, but was on backorder when I was emailed the invoice a day later. In fact it the website showed "in stock" the whole 2 weeks my item was on back order. Online customer service is always "offline", and no responses to my several emails. Finally got a response stating "should be in soon". It finally shipped, but they required a "direct signature" from UPS. So unless I was there to sign for it, they would not deliver. I had to drive an hour downtown and wait in line to pick up my item. I asked for a shipping refund for the wait and the shipping issue. I like their products, but the servie is below average. "
