"We feel welcome, our child gets individual attention, learning a lot, making friends, and [slowly] getting more social. The main thing I would like to see changed is the parking lot. The curves are tight and there is only one entrance/exit."

"Overall great. Our son loves it. Teachers are great. Our older daughter went as well before kindergarten. Couldn’t have had a better transition for both in 2022. Feedback I would provide is we never get details on how our son’s day went when we pickup. Even asking how it went, it’s typically a simple “he had a good day” response. I know if it wasn’t a good day, we’d know, but would be nice to have more details. Would love to have parent / teacher conferences. As mentioned earlier, haven’t had any since joining in December 2022. Also, sometimes with communication, messages are so lengthy and cover so much info at once, action items by parents can get easily missed. If updates could be separated out from action items, I think it would be beneficial."

I cannot express enough praise in their continued presence in safety, communication, dedication and planning they provide each day. "Everbrook Academy in Apex is a game-changer for us with two kiddos in tow. The place rocks with its cool curriculum and bonus classes like soccer, cooking, yoga, and music – our kids love it! The hours are a lifesaver for working parents, fitting right into our crazy schedules. They're open most of the year, just closing on federal holidays – a huge relief.The staff is awesome, especially the teachers who genuinely care about our little ones. The director is hands-on and you can tell she's all about the kids. Communication is spot-on, keeping us in the loop with what our munchkins are up to. Everbrook is our go-to for a happy and stress-free daycare experience."

"No complaints at all. We moved the kids from a different daycare in December 2022 and the experience has been great. The kids literally run to their classrooms when we get in the door. It’s clear that it’s a positive atmosphere that our kids love being in. Even when there were staffing issues, they made sure to communicate and be on top of everything. My kids love it here."

"General experience is average. I appreciate the video streaming and the safety precautions used during the peak of the Covid pandemic. Teacher turnover has been extremely high, and the quality of care and education has suffered. Even though there are good teachers, 2 or 3 we have personally experienced, there are some that are not happy to be there and it shows. I understand they are overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid but at times the attitude of the teachers is not great. The management staff also have confrontational tendencies, and not very welcoming at times and when questions are asked. I always envisioned a nurturing experience in daycare/preschool for my child, and unfortunately, it has not been my experience here for the several years we have been here. To be fair, it is difficult to find quality daycares/preschools in this area. It is a general complaint in this community. It is still not ok for kids to experience teachers with attitudes, and that do not have the passion to take care of kids."
