"I've had a great experience with this school. As a first time parent, I have to admit that I am very heavily involved in the daily activities. I have a great relationship with the staff at the school and they have always used care and compassion when addressing concerns that I may have had about my daughter's care. I feel confident that my child is receiving the support that she needs to be successful and I feel at ease knowing that she is safe and well cared for. I would recommend the Marvin Road location to any parent that wants to play a very active role in their child's life with teachers and staff that really care about, specifically Miss Charmaine, Miss Maria, Miss Tamara, Miss Isis, Miss Vigi, and Miss Emily. I've learned to trust my child in their care and the progress that has been shown has proven I've made the right decision."
"I’ve loved how supportive the team is! I would like to see more pics and because my daughter is new I do think it might be helpful if the teachers engaged with her a little more during playtime to teach how to interact and play with other kids."
"Overall good. I feel the communications from school leader could be better. Most recently we did not find out our child was transitioning to the next class until after his first day of transition. We did not receive the normal notification and price change notice."

"Experience has been positive, but I would really like better and more consistent communication. The school needs to better utilize the app for communication. They will say spirt week next week, see chalk board at school. Would be more helpful to parents to put details in app as reference. Lack of Communication has been my biggest must frustrating challenge. Depending on time of dropping kids off don’t always see their actual teacher so sometimes feel if you don’t see teacher, we miss updates or don’t get updates on child’s progress. Management communication or lack of commu definitely needs to improve, definitely a gap. Better utilize resources to communicate not just trying to say something in passing or maybe pass a flyer or if don’t see, don’t know."
"Wonderful experience. Have seen a slight drop in structure & front office consistency since change in principal. Example being usually not seeing anyone at front desk anymore and little things that a negatively impacted atmosphere. Nothing major however something I have heard parents talking about."
"I was very impressed with the initial director and setup at the school when we visited. Director was great and there was always someone at the front desk. Director, communication hasn’t been great, and often at drop off there is no one at the front desk (safety concern)."

"Overall we have had a positive experience. Overall school communication has room for improvement. Communication through the app should increase versus just hanging signs in school or handing out paper(spirit weeks, closing, teacher/staff changes). Teacher turnover has been high. While I understand our economy the continued price increases have been significant and having multiple children at school is very expensive. While we recognize our Director is new to her role, would like more communication about school in general, things parents need to know, etc. Would also like feedback from teachers on how kids are doing and areas of success and opportunities. Wish cameras covered all areas of facility that children go throughout day, playground, brook,halls."

"My main complaint is the school asking parents to fund the holiday party. I believe this is something corporate should do for their employees. I am happy to provide gifts for teachers but corporate should show their appreciation by providing for the teachers as well. I also believe charging extra for the summer program is ridiculous. We basically paid for a backpack, t-shirt and water bottle to advertise for the school. I did not appreciate this and feel it should be included in the already high tuition."
"Generally the school seems to care about students. However, the tuition goes up frequently and there is no increase in services being received to make the increase valid and understandable. Teachers have not received raises so where is the increase in tuition going?"
"I like the school. I was hoping for a better curriculum. My 3 year can not identify letters or write them yet. He knows the ABC song but he learned that at home. I was hopeful that based on the STEAM program and the cost of tuition he would be much further along in the two years he has attended this school."
