"Generally speaking, we've been incredibly happy with Tutor Time. We feel it provides our daughter with great opportunities to socialize, fun activities that the teachers come up with, and we feel she learns more there than she could at home with a nanny. But there are some problems that have come up. As mentioned above, there are constantly facilities issues: over the summer, it was the A/C breaking; the heat has had issues during the winter; the boiler leaked; the kitchen oven broke and food shipments did not arrive; the code to get in in the morning doesn't actually work until about 10 minutes after school opens; the WiFi is constantly cutting out, so we don't get PreciouStatus updates. The staff and teachers have handled most of these issues with grace and professionalism, but seeing as this daycare is so expensive compared to other daycares elsewhere in the country, we can't help but to find the issues disappointing. All that said, we are very pleased to have Elizabeth as the new director - Yobe was not responsive to questions and concerns, and Elizabeth could not be more opposite, particularly since she has a son enrolled at Tutor Time. Thank you, Elizabeth!"
