"Corporate needs to understand the client base. Forced uniform wearing attempts were a fail as was messaging around the rebrand. Know your market and parents (not everyone wants their child to be a uniformed clone and most value creativity and diversity of thought and being). Do a temperature check on how big changes are likely to land. More frequent parental engagement instead of useless annual surveys that don’t seem to change things. Hire a director who is as interested in the children and parents as the teachers are. The new one may or may not have strong operational skills but has no clue or seeming interest in who anyone is (children, parents, or staff). A director of a daycare should be as warm and genuine as they are academically bright."
"Overall very positive. Very happy with the school and its programming. Only concerns lately in last few months is due to the sudden, extraordinarily high turnover rate of staff, clear unhappiness of staff who are overworked without breaks or help in the classroom, etc, as it affects the quality of care and also the continuity in programming. Sometimes my child is moved to a different class due to staffing issues - understand the need, but happens more than it should. Hoping more quality teachers are hired to alleviate some of the staffing issues, and that they have the appropriate credentials and are loving and nurturing."
