After giving notice of withdrawal from Everbrook, we were unilaterally locked out of the building despite still being under contract. Everbrook did not honor legal obligations, which is concerning for a preschool in care of children. "

"The general experience with the school has been great. From being greeted upon arrival to leaving at drop off or pick up, the staff is very good. The technology use is very good with the live stream and constant communications. The meal plan and lesson plans are great. Our child hasn’t gone for too long to see if the curriculum would do a go preparatory work for KinderGartenThe only concern we see today is that some of the teachers don’t seem to connect well with our child and most do. We don’t see that friendly affection at times and perhaps this is due to the increasing teacher/child ratios"

"Prior to the last 6 months, we were very happy with Everbrook. Recently, we have had several issues and I'm disappointed with how those issues have been handled. The lack of follow up is especially frustrating. If we report an issue or a problem, it needs to be proactively followed up on, rather than ignored. It feels as though leadership and her teacher hope I will forget the issue and move on. I have to constantly remind, loop back, follow up, etc., in order to get any progress."
