"The school went downhill after management changed a couple years ago. Here are examples of issues I’ve seen since the change in leadership:-they do not follow instructions for children with food allergies-witnessed on camera teachers turning away from changing table with child on top-no housekeeper and no reliable janitorial crew, school is often dirty-there have been some well deserved promotions of good teachers but they are not filling the open positions with quality teachers, we chose this school because it’s supposed to have higher credentials for teachers and we pay a premium tuition but they’re not following those requirements any longer-when my child was in the infant room they let a teacher cover for someone else who didn’t have proper training and she gave my child cheerios before he could have finger food-saw rooms out of ratio on multiple occasions -poor communication from school leadership -cannot rely on principal to resolve issues, she just gossips about all the parents"

"Our family has seen a lot of change in Everbrook since the change in leadership there. I feel that the communication is minimal (both verbally and through email/sprout about). The school is not as organized and clean as it was with the prior director. There is often nobody at the front desk to greet families as they arrive in the mornings. Most of my children's teachers have been amazing, but we've also seen many great teachers leave the school. In addition, the uniform policy is never enforced. My child is one of 3-4 wearing a uniform on a daily basis. Overall, we love the education that our child receives at everbrook, but it seems like leadership is an issue there. I am not as eager to recommend this school to my friends as I once was."

Our primary focus is on safety, education, and engaging experience and although there could be improvements… it has been a good experience."

"We’ve had children at the is school for over 5 years. We love the school but have noticed a big change in the last 1.5 years. There is a general lack of communication, teacher turnover, lack of cleanliness. My child has had amazing teachers up to this point. Recently, there’s been a lack of consistency with teachers and no communication until we brought the issue up."

"In the last year, communication has been poor and seemingly unplanned. Communication is consistently last minute - Pre-K graduation info was only sent out about a week in advance and last year we were only notified the Veteran's Day In-service Training (per our contract) would be changed to October about 2 weeks in advance. We both work so this is a tremendous burden to have last minute changes, especially to contractual agreements."
