"The facility is very good and clean and the food served is one of the better one, but there is a shortage of teachers and good teachers. There are not a lot of activities and education happening right now. While the leadership is figuring it out your child will just survive and not thrive much. With the new leadership i expect some positive changes as assured by them."
"This is a great facility but it lacks warmth. Some staff are kind and it has potential but needs better management, front desk presence, and family engagement."
"Negative in the infant room. Great in preschool class"
"The school is overall fantastic. The staff is friendly and personable. Our child feels comfortable and welcomed. We would like to see more focus on specific development needs versus wider spread play time."
"Excellent, exceeds expectations!"
"I feel so confident when my children are under the care or Ms Rainia, Ms Paige and Ms Angela because I feel like they genuinely care for my children. I'm very weary about the tremendous staff turnover and understaffing that I've seen. I also don't understand the need to pay for Wondercamp- or not having an option. I'm paying the normal tuition, what is the benefit?"
"The general experience has been that it's very inconsistent and that you have to expect anything at any time with Everbrook. They can't keep teachers and have a revolving door of people. They finally parted ways with Stacy who had a terrible attitude and shouldn't be customer facing, especially not in a child care environment."
"It was good when my child was in the preschool classroom. Now, I just don't know. I do hope this is read and that the admin will ensure those kids in Pre-K get the support they need to be successful in Kindergarten. I think a lot of parents are considering a move, so something needs to happen quickly for the upcoming school year."
"This school does not deliver what it promises. It’s high teacher turn over results in a lack of follow through in curriculum as well as classroom closures due to low staff count. The administration is unable to uphold expectations while working within the corporate demands."
"Use to be great when it first opened, but has had terrible turn over with teachers, food is terrible, and worst of all, they are not teaching the curriculum fir JrK. I've yet to see any of the extra materials we pay for. My son could read before kindergarten but my daughter hasn't been nearly anything to prepare her for Kindergarten"
"Our experience was a nightmare. And our child is having problems with anxiety and stress because of the teacher at this school. We now have to begin counseling. We were assured that they would help in this transition as he has never been in a structured environment. We didn’t get that support."
"We absolutely love Everbrook. Both of my kids are thriving here. The teachers are outstanding and truly care about their kids. The communication with school leadership can be frustrating at times but overall we love the school."
"Everbrook is great! The staff made it easier to return back to work knowing our baby is in good hands"
"It started out great in 2021 when we started in the infant room. Miss Kayla was phenomenal. Toddler 1 was pretty good as well with Miss Wanda. However, since Sam Smith left and he moved classes, everything went downhill. The teachers in toddler 2 were terrible. So much turnover. Didn’t seem like any teachers wanted to be there. Lack of communication or relationship with parents. The Twos class with Miss Jennifer was wonderful and he loved it, so we stayed - but since moving to EPS, more teachers left. Disorganization, poor quality teachers - the school is in survival mode all the time, doing the bare minimum. They aren’t doing any “active” potty training like some daycares who take kids to the potty hourly. I don’t know if they are even doing anything on the curriculum because there is no communication about that. My son is unhappy and doesn’t want to go every morning when he used to like it. He is less social and it is no longer working for us. We are leaving."
"Overall, we have had a very positive experience. Only recently have I had issues with communication around transition dates and tuition increases. The teachers very clearly enjoy having my kids in their classes and my kids love coming to school each day."
