I can't believe there's not a more responsible way to package this item. I decided to order my paint from a vendor who uses packaging materials that are more sustainable. "

"I have terrible chemical sensitivities but with this brand we were able to paint. The primer had more of a smell but once dry was not bad. The paint had a smell as well but not as bad as primer and once dry was not bad. I did not have a bad reaction at all. We did close off the area after painting and also used ozone in the room. It arrived early as well and had warmers in it since we live in a cold climate. The colors were a little lighter than the sample cards but still very nice. My husband did the painting and the paint was easy to use one he looked up how to open the cans. I definitely recommend and will only use this if we need to paint again. "

"First, the person I talked to on the phone was super informative and helpful with all my questions. Next, I put in an order (a simple one of mostly primers, white, stain, and one made to order paint color) about 9:30 in the morning on a Friday. About an hour later, I emailed that I needed the drop off address changed. Within a few hours, I received an email that the address change had been made. And, a little later, the order shipped. We received it on Monday six states away. Wow! Super impressed with the speed of reply and delivery.
One of the primers we purchased is the air purifying primer. I have some chemical sensitivities and have not been able to paint with regular paint in years. I have been excited to find that I really can paint with this primer. I can't use a roller in a bedroom as I have to be close to the wall and it is initially just a little strong in odor, but I can be in the room with someone else rolling and me filling in corners, window areas etc. with a brush. Yay! I feel super proud to be helping out instead of having other family doing all the work. I'm looking forward to ordering our paint colors soon."

"I ordered two samples of Pine Needles. I saw a video where someone used it and it was a thick warm orange-brown color. Even online, the pictures showed a warm brown stain. But the samples I receive were completely green. I tried mixing, shaking. Didn’t work. Completely different. Waste of money. "

"The paint arrived quicker than I expected! It was at my front door in 2 days, when I expected it to take at least 5 days! The quality of the paint is excellent. We ordered a specialty paint for metal surfaces and is heat resistant. It is for a small radiator in my bathroom. Good coverage and I hope it will last for a few years without needing a touchup.
