I contacted you before about this order. Somehow my order was skipped because of a paypal confusion which is fine, I understand. I am a home based business and I depend on my orders to arrive on a reasonable time schedule. I explained my situation to my customer and thankfully enough, my customer understood and agreed to give me a little more time.
In one of your e-mails to me, you apologized and stated you'd include a little surprise for me. Well, when I finally received my order, I must say I was not a little surprised, I was dumbfounded; I couldn’t comprehend how you could manage to screw up my order from the very beginning. Thanks for the surprise, instead of receiving 200 8.5 X 5.5 chipboards, I received 200 8.5 x 11. I guess the way you thought about it is that I would have 400 8.5 x 5.5 chipboards if I cut them myself, right? Wrong! If I ordered 8.5 x 5.5 is because
1. I NEEDED THEM
2. I DON’T HAVE THE MEANS TO CUT THEM
Getting back to my customer, I was hoping that she would again understand the situation and she did, unfortunately she has her business to run also and on a tight time schedule, therefore; I lost a $500+ sale and probably a good customer too and so did you.
I’m not looking for compensation, I don’t want to take the trouble of returning the product and I don’t want a refund. All I want is for you to know how I feel and what your mistakes have cost me.
I looked at purchasing from you because of your great deal in shipping and some of your prices are great too, but I need speedy delivery and reliable order processing, two qualities your company does not posses.
