"VERY SATISFIED! I and my friends have bought a total of three Motorola Cable modems from these guys! They come shipped in used or home made cardboard boxes but *THE PRICE IS RIGHT!* I have ordered several other things with NO problems!

"I purchased a Voodoo5 5500 video card from these fellows. I received it within a week at their cheapest shipping rate (~$10). The card was in perfect condition and works as expected. Good job!!!

I also liked the fact that I could track my order through a link in the confirmation email they sent. Groovy, baby!!!

"I ordered a cable modem from these guys, gave them all my credit info, etc, received the confirmation and never received the order. I called about 5 weeks alter and they had no clue what I was talking about.... they said they never received my credit card info... great.... I never bothered to re-order because they struck me as a no-care company. Why no follow up on their part? Why leave their customer dangling when they had indeed sent a confirmation notice?"

"I made a purchase from their website on 3/17/02 and received a confirmation e-mail saying that my order had been processed. After waiting 2 weeks for the order to be processed, I finally called them to check the status. I was told that they had no order information and the order # from the e-mail was invalid. No attempt was made to make the situation right. I was only offered excuses as to why the mistake wasn't their fault. I asked if they would still honor the old prices since several of the items had increased in price. I was told that they would not. I said that this didn't seem like very good customer service and was told that it didn't matter because customer service isn't important to them. I was so shocked by this that I didn't even respond before the man hung up on me."

"I ordered a PNY Verto Geforce2 MX400 64MB card. It got shipped right out but UPS screwed up and it came late... UPS will guarantee there shipments. I emailed ENPC and told them that UPS screwed up and would pay for the shipping ($15.05). I expected to get credited for the shipping but they never did. I WILL NOT be ordering from ENPC again. The same senario happened to me with another company and I got credited for the shipping but not this company. They know how to lose customers!! Order at your own risk!"

"DO NOT order from ENPC!!! I made an order for 4 parts. They had 3 in stock. Put one on order form Calif. I called back 2 days later to get tracking #. Order was never made. I was told to get from another vendor. ALSO - I got bad part and was told they have a no return policy and that I should call Linksys. Linksys will give me RMA. That ain't happening. Now I may be stick with $150 part that does not work."
