"Purhased an HP monitor thru Amazon from this company. Credit Card was charged. Product never arrived, although they gave me a tracking number. I tracked the package, it was never delivered. I checked with the package carrier, they stated they never delivered it. I've put in a claim with Amazon (no response), I've email and called Erwin Comp (no response). My next move will be to file with the Attorney General's office for FRAUD against this company. Maybe against Amazon too, as they "guarantee refund". I have proof from the carrier that the package was never delivered."

Now that I read the ratings, they do this ALL the time to people. Pretend they have an item in stock, take your money, and ship it a week late.

"If you are thinking about shopping with Erwincomp because they offer your desired item at the lowest price, STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite what their site says, I can guarantee you they have oversold and are out of the item. Because their entire business is a cluster-F, they will not communicate this fact to you until 5-7 days after your credit charge has been charged...when they cancel your order...as "customer request." If you try to reach the company by phone, you will be greeted with 20 minutes of holding and having your ears musically water-boarded by Coldplay until the line drops...EVERY TIME. I eventually attempted to connect with their "extensions," just to make sure I had actually purchased from a human company (and not Skynet). After a few random guesses, I was successful with the "6-4-8" extension combination (I think). I then promptly left several lengthy voicemails consisting only of Coldplay songs off of YouTube. This company is why New Jersey should be forcibly removed from the US map.

"I read the reviews at ResellerRatings and also at Yahoo. The item I wanted to buy was the IOGEAR 2-Port Dual-Link DVI KVMP Switch with 7.1 Audio. They had the best price for this item. I noticed that they had only responded 1 time for all the reviews in which the majority were negative. I have ordered from some stores that have had bad reviews before but I am willing to give businesses a chance. I ordered this on the sixth of November 2011 in the morning and I received it today the ninth of November 2011. The product was very well protected by packing materials and a strong cardboard box. The time for an internet purchase to delivery was extremely fast. Of course I was lucky as to the shipping time. It was sent through FedEx from NJ to NY. If you are willing to give them a chance you could have a positive experience like mine. This could be a store that you look at when you decide how and where you want to spend your money."

"I Ordered a Touchpad 8/22, sent an email (via Google Checkout) 8/25 inquiring as to status of the order, and didn't hear anything at all until 8/30 when I received a cancellation notice. To top things off, their price was $30 above the typical "fire sale" pricing at other sellers. There are other retailers with working inventory control systems and more capable communication, shop at one of those instead."
