"We love having our child at Everbrook. The level of communication with the teachers and director is excellent. The spoutabout app helps us know how our toddler is doing throughout the day. Most importantly our child is learning and growing so much by being there."
"I'm very happy with my decision to enroll my child at Everbrook. The staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful. The wonderful experience we've had make me feel like I'm leaving my son with family friends, not a daycare."
"Everbrook Academy in Aurora is an amazing school. It all starts with the director Monica and the assistant director Karen. They are personable and genuinely care about your family. Everyone we have met has been warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Stacy. She has made the transition for my daughter very smooth. She pays close attention to cleanliness and your childs needs. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful school!"
"Everyone is great, friendly and caring"
"Great! Losing good teachers was super hard on my kids. And it was almost constant. Change was hard for my little boy. The teachers all my kids have no are amazing. My kids love them, they’re always giving them hugs and run to them when they see them. It makes my heart happy knowing that my kids are in a loving environment while I’m away at work."
"I don’t think you would like me to leave a public review as I have nothing positive to add."
"I would like to see things improve. Please find good staff and keep them. I'm on the fence right now about finding another school"
"Since there has been new management we have gotten more regular communication. We love the cameras and their app for daily teacher communication."
"Poor communication. Frequent teacher changes without any updates. Fair learning - no communication regarding lessons, no apparent curriculum, slow progress seen in my child. Inconvenient hours - still not operating at full hours, despite several tuition increases as most other schools are back to pre-covid hours."
"Since everbrook took over there have been staffing issues and communication issues. The staff that were doing really well have all decided to leave because of Everbrook. You need to look into that."
"Positive for the most parts. Our son loves his teachers and so do we. The administration needs a lot of work. Better communication, more engaging, and present."
"We LOVED the infant room and infant teachers. We have not been happy with all of the Director changes and don’t feel the toddler room is very engaging for him, so we have disenrolled and are going to another school."
"Poor communication from leadership, random rate increases with no notice, zero direction. Can't wait until there are more options in the area with availability"
"Communication is terrible. Nobody is ever up front during drop off or pick up, this is a huge concern for my kids safety. I sent my sister to pick my daughter up (she never has before) because I wanted to see if they would check her I.d. Nothing was said and my daughter was handed off to her without question. How is this ok??? I was never informed of an increase in tuition and was expected to back pay this amount. Emails go unanswered. Teachers are clearly overwhelmed and are very vocal about the illegal ratios and the fact that corporate turns a blind eye to it. I work full time and am just waiting for the day I go to drop off and the doors will be permanently closed with no notice. I am actively working on placing her elsewhere as soon as possible."
"We were really happy when our child began bonding with two of her teachers, but we didn't have communication with one of them because she seemed to only be there during nap time. Besides those two teachers, this experience has BEEN AWFUL. Every time I drop my child off, I don't what she's learning, what she's eating, if she's being hit by other kids, are people being nice- I have ZERO confidence in the staff (besides the two teachers) because most of them seem to hate kids. There is NO learning happening, THE WORST experience of a daycare thus far."
