"When we started with this school we were amazed. We loved the teachers and assistant teachers - along with leadership. We have gone through I think 4 principals and ive lost count of the number of staff turnover. While I know staff turnover is very common in centers, it’s been the consistency and quality of new staff members that has fallen short of our expectations. This new leadership team is caring. You can tell they want to build a fantastic school. However you see the daily struggles of trying to have consistent, qualified staff. It’s impacting the children."
"Over the year the school has had numerous director and teacher changes. Each changes brings large uncertainty and disruption for 3-6+ months. Sometimes these are compounded by multiple changes. We’ve been loyal throughout, mostly due to critical relationships with teachers. Ms. Aradhana is a huge factor currently. She is a great asset to your organization."

"August 2022-January 2023 5 star. We couldn't of been happier. End of January 2023-now-beyond awful due to minor things like bibs and smocks not being used and my child coming home filthy to a number of safety concerns (over ratio, children on tables). I would respect the school more if they closed until they could be fully staffed vs the band-aid we have been running with since January. Hiring 2 new teachers and both leaving the 2nd week as they decided childcare isn't for them is also very concerning on the quality of staff that is being hired. This school needs a MAJOR overall including the corporate staff who I have talked too 4 levels up (the 5th level man, I cannot rememver his name) never even took the time to follow up with my complaint."

"We loved the first years, it felt like a family. Kristin was so welcoming and hands on and extroverted with family and kids! We loved that we knew all the teachers and they seemed to know each other well. We loved that the teachers had kids that attended the daycare. The rooms seemed warm and calm. We loved the art that would come home and extra activities we saw in the summer, winter etc. We just don’t see that anymore."
