"We love our teachers in the infant room. Jasmine is organized, great at communicating and sending updates. We (and Everbook) are lucky to have her. I would say the same for the others that rotate in for mornings and breaks. We have loved all of the teachers so far."

"We started at Everbrook within the same month that it transitioned from the Prestige name. In the last 12 months, we have now seen three directors (not including 1-2 temporary directors) and countless teacher transitions. The couple of teachers that I felt were actually qualified and cared about my child decided within a month or two of him being in the classroom that they would be better off employed elsewhere, so it's been a constant stream of incompetent temps. Hoping to make a change to a new center soon. The cost is far too high for the level of care my child receives. Yes, everything is nice, shiny and new, but that's pretty much where the advantages end. "

"Since learning care group has taken over it has gone down hill. New management is not professional and negative, learning care group is all about money and does not think about the families and the children."

"We started when it was Prestige and we recommend it to all the parents we knew! The teachers were warm, welcoming, and always communicated with us on how our children were doing. Ever since the change to Everbrook I no longer recommend it. In fact, I actually tell parents to go somewhere else. The atmosphere is no longer welcoming, more than half the original staff is gone and my kids have had countless different teachers in a short amount of time leading to confusion, lack of communication, and most importantly, a lack of consistency for my children. With so many new faces there I don't even know my son's teachers names because no one introduces themselves or talks to us at pickup or drop off. If I ask the teacher that's with my son how his day was when I pick him up in met with oh I don't know, I wasn't in his class today. Also, they lose my kids LABLED clothes and items frequently!! Including snowpants and boots which are not cheap. Actively looking for somewhere else to go."

"In general, I’ve been disappointed with the school. While there have been some great teachers I general the teachers do not introduce themselves and it’s hard to know who is the main teacher. There has been a lot of turnover of teachers and my child has not responded well. The new director has not introduced herself either. It feels corporate. While the location has been very convenient, I’ve been unhappy with the overall experience, especially with the Hannah and Kristin leaving."

"We have had very positive experiences with the school. Our older son attended 2 years before kindergarten and our day has been there for years. It’s consistent and great. Kristin is awesome and the teachers do a nice job."

"Absolutely loved and recommended and raved for years. We love the teachers and directors but have been so unhappy with the transition of ownership. When several new owner staff came to the center I was honest is saying if you keep taking care of the teachers and Kristin we’ll be happy. I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes but I’d recommend looking into your management outside of the center. Clearly something isn’t going well."
