"Ordered a set of Cannon BCI-6 catridges on 1/7/2007. My credit card was charged for the full amount on the same day. Received e-mail from Co. confirming that my order has been received and shipping will be on 1/8/07. Received another e-mail 2 weeks later stating that there have been problems with shipping and that my order will be shipped on 1/29/07.
To this date I have not received my order. Phone call to them told me that they have shipped on 1/29/07.
What strikes me strange is that my credit card was billed by:Cristina and Co. ***-***-**** CA. rather than EZINKJETS.
I think I have been scammed. Is there some kind of legal action lthat one can take? Perhaps class action or similar?
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES order from this company.

After 7 weeks and two previous bogus shipping dates
I finally received my order on 2/23/07.
The cartridges look ok (Canon - Generic, made in China). Since I was unable to wait for my order to arrive I was forced to order from another company. At this time I have not used any of the cardridges. I will report on their performance once I have put them to use.
Based on the poor delivery and previous bogus shipping info I will most likely not order from this Co. again."
"Do not order from this band of thieves!!!! It took a month to get my order--THEN I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRINT CARTRIDGES, which I returned. I was promised a refund and have called may times and have been given VARIOUS EXCUSES and each time was assured that the refund was coming.
IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND!! Avoid this "company"!!!!!!!!!!!"
"WARNING; REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION @ ***-***-****. They need multiple complaints to investigate and shut down this company. They have failed to deliver, respond to the BBB, and issue promised refund. My credit card company was able to get through twice, even though I have not been able to reach the company, and they promised her twice they would send the refund. This has been going on since August 2006. The FTC needs your complaints to shut these people down."
"This company is a scam. They charged my cc for the purchase the day I ordered. It took me until 01/19/2007 to finally get through. I was told that it was a quality control problem and nothing was shipped even though I was sent a email on Dec 24, 2006 stating it was. I now have to go through thier refund procedure and get my money back. Like this is ever going to happen. This company should be shut down for fraud. I have filed a complaint with the FTC."
"BEWARE!! Just as evryone else has stated, these people are scammers! I ordered a cartridge, never received it, and have been trying, in vain, to receive a refund since early Nov. When I manage to get a person on the phone, they play games, telling me they are the supervisor. When I call the next time, I speak with the same person, but they are not the supervisor. Everytime I call, they have a new date for refund checks. I doubt I will ever see my money!! Do yourself a favor, do not order from this company!!"
"This company should be suied..Ordered 2 cartridges for dell printer on 10/23/06 on line put on my credit card. They got their money right a way.Recieved Black on 11/13/06. Invoice stated QUALITY CONTROL HOLD for color cartridge.Will ship in 5-10 days. Tried to call the 1-877 toll free # on invoice and it had been disconnected.So I called the ***-***-**** to confirm that the product would be shipped. Lepy assured me that my cartride would be shipped PRIORITY mail on 11-17-06. There had been a quality problem that they have corrected. and for my inconvenience there was a discount code at the bottom of invoice to use for future purchases. I mentioned the fact that their toll free # had been disconnected and was told that there was a line problem and it was being worked on as we speak. I GUESS WE ARE STILL SPEAKING CAUSE IT STILL TO DATE IS NOT WORKING. 11-21-06 still no cartridge. Called 1-818 # again and like so many others got automated voice mail that was full, on my 7th try I finally got to push 1 to place an order, since that is the ONLY way you can talk to a human. I was told that they are getting a new shipment in on 11-24-06 and mine would be shipped out on 11-27-06. Of course I complained because they have had my money and I still have no product.I have to place MANY long distance called before I can even talk to a human and the first words out of their mouth is please hold and there you sit running up you phone bill listening to dead air for 4-10 minutes. I EVEN TALKED TO SOMEONE WOULD SAID SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR.Who said their suppliers were sending them bad cartridges and they wanted to be sure that the customer recieves QUALITY. they were getting more cartridges on 12-1-06 and it would be shipped.
12-21-06 still nothing I HAVE SPENT MORE ON PHONE CALLS TO THIS COMPANY THAN THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WORTH. I am told they will write me a refund check in 1 to 2 weeks.. You want LIVID!!!!!!! After reading the reviews on this and other sites I doubt I will see the check at all and if I do I will be afraid to cash it for fear that it will bounce and cost me another $35.00. Not to mention I still have not neede to use my black ink yet so I don't know if it is the right one, if it even has ink in it. If it isn't right or good I can kiss that money good bye too.

"I made a purchase from this store on September 2,2006. I was told it shipped on 2 different occasions and I was also told there were quality issues. I requested a refund - a credit to my card. They said they had no way to do that they would send a check in approximately 2 weeks. That was almost 3weeks ago. When I call the mail boxes are full and there is a waiting period to talk with CS. This is a disaster. Nothing but lies. It has taught me a lesson - Check reviews BEFORE you place an order."
"I have placed two orders with this company. The first was Aug. 7. The order did not arrive until Aug. 28, and was the wrong cartridges. I sent them back and have not, as of Dec. 19, received the correct cartridges.
For some reason (not very smart), I made another order with the company on Sept. 13. According to an e-mail I received from the company, the cartridges were shipped on Oct. 2. I have not received those cartridges either. From reading other company reviews, it looks like it is a common problem.
I have written two letters to the company requesting cancellation of the orders and credit to our account. I have not received a reply to either letter and or a credit.

"This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! I purchased a birthday present for my daughter on 10/26/06 (Epson Continuous Ink System). When I didn’t receive my order by 11/7/06, I tried calling but was not able to get through to a live representative and had to leave a message. When I didn’t get a call back, I then sent a message via the message center email on 11/7/06. I then received an email stating the order was shipped on 11/9/06. When I received the order it was defective – ink was splattered inside of box I tried calling but kept getting a busy signal and when I did get through I received a message that the message box was full. I then sent another message via the message center email system on 11/15/06 stating the problem with the order. I kept trying to call to get help but was not successful so on 11/17/06 I sent another email and threaten to cancel the credit card order – still no response from the company. On 11/20/06 I was finally able to get to speak to a representative and was told how to get the form to get the order replaced. I printed the pre-paid form and brought the package to the Post Office and sent it back. I called a couple of days later to see if you received the package and was told that the packages get delivered to a PO box and to wait until after Thanksgiving and call back. I called on many occasions and kept getting the busy signal and the message box was full.
I finally was able to talk to a representative on 12/11/06 with another terrible experience. I called 1-***-***-**** #1 and explained my problem and was told that they didn’t receive my return package yet and she would put a trace on it – this would take another 2 days for the trace to come back. I said that I wasn’t happy with my shopping experience and wanted to cancel my order. I was than told that I had to wait until the trace came back. I then asked her for her name - she wouldn’t give me her name and she hung up the phone.
At this point I would like to cancel my order and have my credit card credited with the purchase amount. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT EZINKJETS.COM AGAIN AND URGE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE STORE."
"I have ordered from them before and was satisfied but it's been some time back.I agree with others now they are presently not sending the orders.They say the order was shipped,no way to track,email bounces,cant get them on the phone.Am disputing the charges. or whatever else I have to do."
"Just a plain old terrible place to shop. Ordered 2 DELL ink cartridges and received CANON ink cartridges. I contacted to exchange, I sent them back and then nothing. Contacted them in October to see what was up, no response. Filed a credit request on Discover, lost because according to them they didn't receive it and I "received" the product even if it was the wrong one. They requested a tracking # which I can't provide because they said explicitly to use their postage paid envelope that I can just drop into the mailbox. Nice way to steal money."

"Received wrong product,notified co., returned product. Am now awaiting a refund after 10 calls and after receiving numerous conflicting stories about whether or not they received the return and numerous promises to send my correct product. Finally demanded a refund on Nov. 13,2006. One of the customer service reps barely spoke English. On some calls I had to leave a message and only received a return call after threatening to contact attorney general's office. I originally ordered 2 cartridges for a lexmark printer. I received ink for a brother word processor and some other brand of machine. Since I first made my order they changed their toll free number to a regular number. They are the only bad experience I have had ordering over the Internet. "
