"This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had ordering supplies. Ordered on 6/14, shipped shortly after this (at least web site states so) and it's already 7/3 I haven't recieved anything from my order. Called customer support, promised to email shipment tracking # and of course received no email.

Never buy from this seller, I recommend to avoid by any means.

"In all of the years I've been buying online, I've only had 2 experiences where the retailer actually ripped me off. EZInkjets is one of those retailers. They sent me defective cartridges and never replaced them or returned my emails. They're a company run by people without any ethics. They cannot be trusted. I strongly suggest that you stay as far away from this dealer as you can."

"I ordered 6 black ink cartridges and 4 tri-color cartridges. What I got was only the black ink cartridges and no color ink at all. I've written this company several times and NEVER get an answer. I called the customer service and was told that the tr-color ink did not pass inspection tests. I was then told I'd receive these (4) color cartridges within a week. It's been nearly two weeks and I still have not received anything from this company. Meanwhile I paid $118.45. The black ink totalled $43.49. I am out $74.96 now and must DISPUTE this with my credit card company.

I will never do business with such an UNPROFESSIONAL company again. I wish that I had read the reviews posted before placing the order. Now I know better.

"this is the worst place to buy your needs.I ordered 2 ink from this site on 01/02 up until now I still didn't get it(02/06).Try to call them always outomated voice to tell you to contact via email.Try to contact them via email several time still no respond up until I asked for refund.After that I got respond from CARMEN VALENCIA via my email on 01/21,she said the item already re-shipped but up until now I still did't get it.HOW place like this still can do their businnes?"

"I've placed 8 orders with EZinkjets since April, some personal and some for work, some ink and some toner, and they ALL arrived in less than a week. Maybe that's because they're in CA and I'm in OR, but that sure doesn't explain all the bad reviews. Personally I'm 100% satisfied with EZinkjets in three key areas: Shipping time, competitive pricing, and quality of their cartridges."

"Ordered printer ink cartridges on 10/16/05. Amount was debited next day from my checking account. An email was received confirming my order and stating it was shipped on 10/17/05. WOW - I was impressed! That was fast!! Well, this is November 2, 2005 and my order has not arrived. Calling their customer service number is a farce. It's an automated system which gives only an email address for contacting them regarding orders. I emailed them on October 31 with no response from them as of today's date. I am requesting a full refund, but have no way to contact them other than email. Don't buy from this company!!"

"Avoid like the plague. Website said order was shipped 2-24. Never arrived. Waited per store instructions 3 weeks, sent email and could not get anyone on the phone. Finally sent email to cancel order and called my credit card company, to dispute the charge. 2 weeks later I got the package, no explanation, 2 day priority. I immediately called the credit card company disputes dept. they were all to familiar with these people, calling them repeat offenders. They are not getting my money, and I won't pay out of my pocket to ship this back. I run a web business and this gives reputable shops a black eye."

"Horrible company. Did not send ink for a month after order was placed. Called and they told me they were sending the ink out, and gave me a fake tracking number. I then requested a refund. Refund came quickly, but that's the only positive thing I have to say."

"I placed my order on February 2 and they said it was shipped on the following day. Eleven days have gone by since they said the order was shipped and still no merchandise. This company gives the US Postal Service a bad name as the customers assumes that they are responsible for the delay. Truth is, EZinkjets never shipped the merchandise when they said they did. ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IS A FOOL. There are plenty companies out there with a superb service, no lies, and good tracking systems. Forget about EZInkjets!"

"Order cartridges for Epson Stylus C80 on 1/25/05 supposely shipped on 1/26/05. Stated on receipt items were "In-Stock", today is 2/12/05 and still no delivered items. I live in the next county from their office, even with using the USPS it should not take this long. I have e-mailed them and did not receive any response within their stated two day response time.

I would rate their customer service as extremely poor and would not recommend this company to anyone. I will being contacting my credit card company to start the charge back process as soon as minimum wait period is over.

"What an idiot I am to order from these people! I ordered several compatible ink cartridges for my HP and Canon on Dec 29. My order was "shipped" the day after. It is now Jan 19 and the package is nowhere to be found. I emailed to company and they didn't respond within the 2 day window. This sounds very familiar to the same problem many other customers are experiencing with EZ Inkjets. I'll be getting with my Credit Card company later today to contest the charge to my card. TAKE MY ADVICE--THIS IS A BAD COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE PRICES. BEWARE! "

"I have been lies to three times about the actual status of my order with Ezinkjets.com. Their service is laughable. I was notified one day after my order that it had "shipped". When it never arrived I finally got a real person on the phone and was told that it was "shipped", never arrived. I got another person on the phone and again was told it was "shipped". I then recevied an email, 4 weeks after my original order, that the item was on backorder and that the issue would be redolved within in 5-15 business days. I have requested a refund, but I doubt that will happen either."
