I ordered two routers, was shipped the wrong model number that would not work in my application. Was issued an RMA, returned the items (confirmed by tracking number), and it's been well over a month now that I haven't received a credit for my return, only promises and lies. My emails have not been answered for weeks now, and their call center has nothing but promises, still no refund. In most places this is considered THEFT. DON'T DO BUSINESS with Pinnacle or EZSystems unless you want to waste your time and money!" "
"I placed an order for a replacement LCD monitor for a business laptop. The order was listed in stock and would be shipped within 1 business day. I set it for FedEx next day shipping. When I didn't get a tracking number with the order confirmation I sent an email requesting it.
There was no answer to the email and when there was no shipment received 3 business days later I called the office and got a voice-mail. I left a message requesting a phone call with the tracking number. Three business days later I still received nothing and my call was never returned. So I called again and was told another salesperson had the account and would call me within 1 hour when they got in. 5 Hours later I called again after still hearing nothing, and left a voice-mail threatening with a lawsuit if I did not get a response that day. They return my call 45 minutes later, saying that the order had been "lost in transit". Though they offered no tracking ID as proof. I asked for my money back, and will never do business with them again.

"Placed an order for a Hubbell 48-port Cat5e patch panel from their website. The price was good, and as I working with a deadline, I went with expedited shipping. About 45 minutes after I placed the order, I received a call from one of their reps who told me the item was out of stock. Although I would have liked their website to be accurate in regards to inventory, I very much appreciated that they recognized that time was important to me and got back to me so quickly, as I was able to place the order elsewhere, saving me a lot of grief. "

"I ordered a new LCD panel. Before placing the order online, I called to check if the item was in stock. They told me that, yes, it was in stock. A few days later as I had not received shipping information, I called them back and they told me it would ship the next day. The next day, as nothing was coming, I called; the guy responsible for my order was not there, the person I talked with was clueless and told me he would leave a note for his collegue. It went on like this for a while before they told me that in fact they didn't have the item in stock. To sum it up, the experience I had was pretty bad. Most of the time nobody will be there to answer the phone and they did never call me back when I was leaving a message on their voicemail. "
