"It's service like this that makes it so easy to rate a reseller. I ordered a couple stem adapters and some Tygon tubing from Ralph. I ordered Sunday afternoon. I needed it fast, so I chose Priority Courier. To my amazement, Ralph emailed me back that same(Sunday) afternoon and informed me of the cost of the courier and whether that would be ok with me. He said, and I quote "I hope I hear back from you today so I can get this order out for you first thing Monday morning". Now that's oustanding service!
The package arrived in my hands first thing Wednesday morning, and it was exactly what I ordered. Since the order was small and wasn't fragile, Ralph didn't send me it in some huge overstuffed box, for which the shipping charges would have most likely been high. Another big plus. The prices are a little bit higher than other resellers, but considering the level of service and personal care I recieved, as well that Ralph seems to have, in stock, items that are backordered everywhere else, then it was a bargain.

"I put my order in after the new year on the 4th of January,
just after e-Compuvision had revamped their their web site.
On the 8th I was informed that they were going through some
testing periods and that I would have to place my order again.
I was also told that my visa account, which had already been
charged, would be refunded and to place the order again at
my convenience. The salesperson (Ralph) was prompt and courteous.
While waiting for the refund I received notification on the 13th
that the order had been sent and finally received the merchandise
on the 18th. I did not have to go through the re-ordering process and my account was not refunded.
Considering the problems they were having I am pleased with the

"I placed an order with compuvision on Monday I called Canada post on Thursday to find out where my package was. The tracking number was not in the computer or had not been scanned. I emailed Ralph and told him to call me so we could sort this out. There was some sort of delay with my package somewhere. (This was Xpresspost) He said he could stop that package pack a new one so he could drop it off at my house. (It happens that we are within acceptable driving distance). I said I would pick up the order instead. I went and picked it up on the same day. I have everything I ordered and everything is working great.

My wife purchased come products from e-compuvision.com on Dec7 and paid for express post so it would arrive before xmas. She emailed Ralph mid-december to check on the status and was told that Canada Post couldn't track the order and that he would resend the package and provide a tracking number. Also she was informed that he was waiting for a shipment, as he was out of stock (not indicated on the order page, or in the first email). Days went by and she sent off another email to which Ralph responded with a tracking number that didn't work. Christmas came and went and still no package. Further email was sent with response times of between 3-7 days, one of which stated that the order would arrive in 2 days. 2 days passed and still no package. We called Canada Post and there is no record of the shipment, they also requested that Ralph called them to initiate a trace. We conveyed this to Ralph via email and have yet to recieve a response. The order was placed December 7, 2002 and express post was paid. It is now January 11, 2003 and I have yet to recieve my Christmas present. Good stuff."

I've been dealing with e-compuvision for some time now. My last big order was some time in September.... I ordered a swiftech MCW50, some tygon tubing and some radiator coolant. Right away I was informed of a back order on the Tygon tubing and that they were looking to another supplier to get me a better deal and my tubbing as quickly as possible. Every step of the way I received emails with updates on my order and tubbing availability. They even personally called me at home to re-assure me of my order. I've NEVER had a problem dealing with e-compuvision and never see myself having one... the user underneath was probably a moron if he thinks there service is not good.. because honestly there service is spectacular.
Will continue to buy from e-compuvision.. (BTW got a credit towards another purchase seeing as the new tubing is less $$$ then the Tygon).
