However, I see OMC is offering the item at $399.95 on Amazon! On their own web site they no longer list that sleeping bag model so perhaps they just have not updated their Amazon store. "

OMCgear were the ONLY website I could find that had this jacket on sale on Cyber Monday, price: $413 (inc.taxes, free shipping). I had bought the same jacket from the Patagonia store for $652 (inc. taxes) that same morning, went to return it immediately after finding OMCgear's deal.
The jacket arrived in my New York apartment in perfect condition less than three days later. Incredible service.

Because their price for a certain item I needed was significantly less than other outdoor stores and Amazon, I decided to take a chance on OMC, despite the many negative reviews on Reseller Ratings. The product showed up in mint condition, at the low price I hoped for, and was sent out the same day I ordered. It arrived most of the way across the country (rural western PA) two days later with free shipping (USPS First Class). I sincerely hope that this glowing review will help inspire OMC to continue their good service, and help others to try them out.

"I purchased a Nemo Helio LX Camping Shower for $119.95. I received the item and it is an absolute piece of unusable junk. The hose constantly kinks blocking water flow. Then, when you pump it to where it won't take any more pressure AND you have the hose perfectly aligned to allow water flow, you get less than 7 seconds of barely a squirt. It couldn't rinse the shampoo off of Mr. Clean's head. It couldn't drown a flea. I called OMCGear to ask for a return shipping label. The website says that you have 2 months from the time of purchase to return items. I explained the situation to customer service. Customer service put me on hold. The millennial manager gets on the line. I explain all over again. She proceeds to tell me that because the product got used that I cannot get a refund on the product. She wanted to give me a store credit. I don't need anything else from their store. She tried to make excuses for the item being unusable saying that it's for camping. She was being a real smartaleck. I know it's for camping. It still has to work. I run a farm. It's not like I'm a princess who is used to being put up in hotels. I told her that this was a waste of my time and she hung up on me. The solution: I filed a dispute with the credit card company. In summary, OMCGear does not back up the products they sell and they do not honor their return policy. So, if you want to pay for expensive gear that doesn't work and not be able to return, then purchase from OMCGear. This company must be doing very poorly for them to be so desperate as to rip people off in this manner."
"Stopped by to check out a Marmot tent. Salesman was unwilling to take the 5 minutes to set it up for me, telling me 'we don't do that'. Fortunately for me, both REI and Next Adventure were willing to set up the tent at their respective stores. Unbelievably poor customer service!

"Buyer Beware! Bought a pair of Lowa hunting boots from OMC. Very comfortable out of the box.However after trying them on a hunting trip the right boot was obviously defective and virtually ruined our trip. The defect was confirmed by another hunting partner who had the same boot in the same size. We traded boots, His were fine on me but mine showed the same defect for him. OMC declined to take care of the problem even though they were returned within their warranty period. I am now out the price of these expensive boots."

"I lost my Gloves last weekend and needed a replacement quick, OMCGear as they are now called had my size in stock at the 2nd best price, the company that had the 1st best price only offered standard shipping? (who knows why) I placed my order at OMC and at check out selected 2nd day air shipping for additional $$ I got an email order confirmation 2 minutes after order. Two days later I hadnt received a "shipped" confirmation, so I emailed them and got no response, the third day (they day before departing to Vail) I still had not received the order or an email confirmation so I called, after getting their VM 3 times someone finally answered & after a long hold they were able to figure out that they didnt have my order in stock? Are you shitting me? 3 days to figure out if it was in stock? I had to shell out double at the mountain thanks to these idiots. Never again"
"Terrible company. Ordered a pair of snowshoes that were supposed to be in stock. After a few days of no info reshipping from them, I called and found that the first order had just disappeared from their system. I reordered. A week later after many unreturned emails and phone messages, they write and say the item is out of stock and the order has been canceled."
