"They advertise prices on google shopping which are significantly lower than other vendors, but it's not worth the savings! I emailed asking for an update a week after I placed my order and no tracking information provided. I got back a nasty hostile response which called me "dishonest" and said I "must be a big problem". They haven't responded to a single email since then, and they blocked my phone number after I called twice and nobody answered.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, there are other bad reviews on BBB stating similar issues with non-shipment and hostile customer service. It's been two business weeks since I placed my order, and no product yet, and no response from their customer service. They have no social media presence that I can find, their website has no SSL certificate. They appear to operate the same way as all the legitimate internet retailers, but beware the pages and pages of legalese that you agree to when placing an order, which they will quote back to you to explain that they have a week to hand your order over to their drop-shipper, who then has another week to prepare your shipment, and then and only then will you receive a tracking number.
Avoid this business at all cost! They have stolen my money, and of course it's my responsibility to prove it and wait weeks and weeks to give them an opportunity to respond (which they don't seem interested in doing)."
