Product arrived damaged due to poor packaging and East Coast refused to replace it. I shipped it back as they wanted me to and they shipped it back to me. "

"Ordered 3 items on a Monday and the shipping I chose said my order would arrive in 2-3 days; however, it took until THURSDAY to process my order so it did NOT arrive in time to be taken Saturday morning to a long-distance wedding as part of the bride & groom's gift. (I made 3 attempts to call East Coast Music to make sure I had chosen the right shipping option, but never got to speak to a human.) Upon finding the package on our doorstep when we arrived home Sunday night, my husband called the company and spoke to "Ben."
