It is the company's responsibility to get the product there on time and if it is not on time, to take responsibility and notify the costumer."

"I just ordered the music so why would I be able to respond to a survbey asking me to rate products and services when I haven't actually experienced either. I don't hasve the products and no services have occurred. A more appropriate survey would have asked me about navigating the website which is all I'v e actually done at this point in time. Below her your survey is asking me for my invoice number which I can't see because the survey is covering the order confirmation screen. From that I know that no one actually tests these survey sequences to verify that their software is sane."
