"I purchased a music book with accompaniment CD. The disc would not work in my MAC external disc drive 1 year old. I put it in a 6 month old boom box, another approx. 6 month old stereo and another boom box, undetermined age. The first recording on the disc had breaks, skips and static in all of them. I sent it in and got an email that said "This reinforces the fact that we previously stated to you, that ShowTrax CD/DVDs are never defective and the problem is always with the customer equipment. I would suggest that you try to play is on a new PC computer or a new DVD/CD. Please be sure that you have a DVD driver or player." (copied & pasted from the original) What an extremely condescending statement which was reiterated in a note with the original CD that was sent back to me. They might as well have said "too bad, so sad" it was that arrogant and condescending of a statement. I order these CD's from the same company and others for school all the time and have NEVER had an issue! I don't like being treated like an imbecil and not having anyone listen to me. Now I have to make use with a "defective" CD regardless of what they think! Very unhappy and will never order from them again! This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered and I can shop somewhere else. Their ShowTrax are NEVER defective, who do they think they are?

"The service was slow, and they lied to me about when they shipped it, as it said it was shipped approximately 10 days before it actually was based on the UPS tracking number I had to find myself instead of the E-mail they claimed to send. When I saw that it was "shipped", I E-mailed and asked for a tracking number, and was replied with "We haven't received a tracking number yet", when I later found out that they hadn't shipped it until about 10 days after they claimed to have shipped it. It took almost two weeks to ship my item, but the end result was that once it was shipped, UPS made the delivery quick and speedily. UPS, five stars, EastCoastMusic, two.
