I paid the extra $65.00, ordered it before 11:00, and added a note that I must receive it the next day and if they could do it to let me know asap so that I could order it somewhere else. The shipping person sent if regular mail and I didn't get it for days! They refunded the $65.00 but that's a huge mistake. When I asked why I hadn't received it they really should have overnighted another copy and asked that I return the other one or offer some other kind of discount or credit. It completely messed up what I had planned big time. ill never order from them again. "

I placed an order with you all for sheet music for an event we were doing just before Christmas. I selected this company because your website said you would ship within 24 hours. After placing my order, I made several attempts to call to see when the item would ship and an expected arrival date. I was going to cancel the order, if it wouldn't get here in time, but I could never get anyone via phone, and your website was down! I was begining to think your company was a fraud. Long story short, it took over a week for the sheet music to get to get here, the event date passed and we got the music afterward. I still have the unused sheet music and plan to return it, as soon as I got around to writing this complaint.

I only wish the on-line listing information were more complete (such as noting the change of key from the original, and that it is for concert wind band rather than including strings, etc.).
