"I spent two hours searching for music books to add to my library that would get me over the $50 for free shipping. Turned out two were out of stock even though that was indicated online and so they cancelled the whole order instead of sending me my other 3 books. I was told by one person one of the out of stock items would be in by Fri by they refused to hold one for me and the next person I talked to said Fri was an over-optimistic estimate and it would be at least another week, possibly up to four. Anyway it was obvious that the had little interest in selling music to me."
