"Placed a small order for sheet music and paid $10 for expedited shipping. Still took 10 days to get it. I sent an email to customer service and got an extremely rude response. I have never dealt with a company that was this bad(rude) in dealing with their customers. Even if I did misunderstand, there was no reason to treat any customer as they did. I strongly believe in spreading the word about how a company does business, good or bad. I have about 500 employees in my company, and I can assure you that not one of them would treat a customer like that, and if they did, it would only be once! I will not be doing business here again, and will encourage anyone who will listen to do the same! There are many other businesses who will at least act like they want your business.

"Loved the selection of music and service on the company's part, but I paid for 3 day delivery on January 28th, and I did not received my music by January 31st. I'm not sure how much control EastCoastMusic has over this, but a 3 day delivery option was listed as a viable selection for purchase through their online store. The music sat in a Kent, WA, transfer station, less than 5 miles from my home, for two days. We went to that local FedEx office on February 1st, as per instructions from a FedEx representative (in Mexico --?!), and were told that they just couldn't retrieve our purchase from a carton of hundreds of pieces of mail. We still don't have the music. I'm hoping EastCoastMusic will be able to help us, and have just initiated a purchase review/reimbursement process."
