"You advertized the 2014 Band In A Box. When I received it was 2013 with a letter saying that I would be sent the upgrade very soon. I didn't receive anything so I called the number on the letter and they said they didn't know anything about sending anything. I explained and then they said that they would send it. Well, that was in December and it's now Feb. I want my upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
