"Customer service slow and unhelpful. I ordered the wrong item (my mistake) and had to pay a large shipping fee plus a hefty restock fee in order to get a return, which amounted to about $100 less than I paid for the item. I was originally told I'd only get store credit. I'll stick with musiciansfriend.com from now on."
