"This company must be out of business! We have tried calling and emailing all to no avail. My husband ordered a Super 8 fan on April 13, 2021 for $98. Our credit card was charged shortly thereafter, but we received no product, no explanation, and no answer to emails. When we call the message says. "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Leave your message the the tone. Press pound when finished." If we are not going to get the product we ordered then please return our money!!! We also were never sent an email confirming the order and have no order or invoice number."
"Ordered 2 pumps the 1st of August. Received order 6th, but 1 pump was badly damaged. Notified Mike Cook on the 6th of the damage, sent pics & requested a return shipping label and a replacement. He responded same day that he’d send me a return label. August 10 no return label, no response to my email. August 11, same. August 12 I requested a refund. He responds August 13 saying he’ll cancel replacements with manufacturer, but still no label for return of damaged pump. What the hell ever happened to REAL customer service and problem resolution?? I’m still waiting..."
"I placed my order and paid with bitcoin. Two days later I recieved an email stating there were out of stock on the item I ordered, so my order was canceled and my bitcoin wallet was refunded. Two days later they still have not refunded my bitcoin, or even replied to the two separate emails I sent. There phone number provided goes straight to voicemail doesnt even say the name of the company or list any ext. to any departments . Gives a standard cant come to the phone leave a message. Which I did and of course no ones has bothered to return my call. This has been the worst hydro store I've dealt with and won't be recommending this place to anyone.

It's Tuesday july 7th and still no refund. Did get an email from Scott apologized for the delay blames it on the hoilday. The fourth was on Saturday buddy today's Tuesday the 7th. You guys canceled my order June 30th. Glad to know you had some a great july 4th 2020 that three days later your so backed up you cant issue a refund from a canceled order from june. "

"Ordered a RainForest 66 system that comes complete with GH nutrients. The Flora Bloom bottle leaked about 20% of the contents into the package and congealed into gel over the bottom of the unit. I can clean it all up but this still sucks. They should be wrapping these nutes in plastic bags with tape. That's what Amazon does because bottles do open in transit.
The order arrived in 2 days via ground and the price was good."
