"I purchased an expensive Samsung TV from East Coast TV several months ago. This TV was so new on the market they were not available to see in most stores. I shopped on line for the best price. East Coast TV's offer was the best price out there. The savings totaled over $300.00. Was it worth the risk? I live in the Phoenix area so ordering a TV from a company in New York that I never heard of made me nervous. I read a few reviews about them and decided to call East Coast TV. After speaking with a company representative I made the purchase. The representative offered to add a HDMI cable as well. The TV arrived exactly as promised. On time and in perfect condition. I would recommend East Coast TV and would definitely purchase from them again."

East Coast TVs has great prices - or at least the price on the TV we wanted was the best price around. However, their sales and customer service reps were so horrible that I will never purchase from them again. I am price sensitive and I do a vast majority of my shopping on the internet, and hands down, my experience with East Coast TVs was the *worst* I have ever experienced. When I spoke with sales and customer service on the phone they were flat out rude. In addition, their return policy is terrible. We purchased a TV and a TV mount. The TV mount arrived weeks before the TV - so we didn't open it. When the TV finally arrived and we went to get everything setup, we found that the mount we purchased was no thinner than the one we already had, and the quality was lower. I called to ask about returns and the guy shut me down, telling me there was a 5 day return policy. I explain that the TV just arrived and we hadn't opened the mount before. He basically said too bad. I also ended up calling on the weekend - per their website they are open. After going through the router and waiting on hold for a long time, a rep finally answered, only to tell me I'd have to call customer service on Monday - note, there is nothing on their site with the contact info suggesting they are closed on Sundays. "

"I ordered a Samsung Smart TV 60UN7150 on 12-02-14 at their advertised price $1,295.00. and showing on my order that Free ground shipping (7-10 Business Days). Received a confirmation of my order via email on the same day. However I did not receive any notification about the shipping. When I called them on 12/8/14, the sales rep. said that they did not contact me or made the order because they do not have the item in stock and that they will not be restocking this item again. So, they canceled my order.
For my surprise, i saw today (12/12/14) on their site, that they are offering the same TV at $ 1,699 (and it says in stock, shipping in 1 to 2 days)!! So, don't trust this company when you see a low price item. It is a trick!!!
i lost my opportunity of purchasing at that same price from another business.

Tonight i received a call from manager, and my order is being reinstated as initially ordered on 12/2/14 and item should be shipped on Monday 12/15/14.
Thank you manager Tony for stepping in and correct your employee's bad action. Really appreciated your fast action and do the best for your customers! Once item is received by end of next week as you promised, i will certainly be reviewing this comment again with the final output. Changing today the rating to from 1* to 3*"
"I shopped for a flat screen TV locally and online. East Coast TV had the largest selection of top brand TVs. I ordered a Panasonic 60" plasma TV from them. They informed me that they did not have an arrangement for the free shipping to Colorado. They worked out shipping at a very reasonable cost to ensure I would receive the TV I had ordered. When it was delivered in 5 days, the shipper set it up, ensured that it was working and removed all of the packing material. If I need to replace another TV East Coast will be the first place I shop."
