"Cancelled my order because the item I ordered was "unavailable." Yet, the item is still available to order via their website.
I understand cancelling orders because things go out of stock. I even understand cancelling to prevent the abuse of a promo. Just don't lie and say things are unavailable or because a code is invalid when it was on your website. Be honest and call it what it is...a mistake.
Oh, and don't needlessly hold my payment for a whole week after you already cancel my order."
"Don't buy anything from these scammers. I placed my order in and waited for a week for them to ship it out. They never shipped my order while already taking my money. When I called their customer service line, I was treated to a very rude and unprofessional individual who said that my order was invalided for using a promo they had on their front page of their site. In the end I had to go to my bank to reverse the charges on my credit card. Buy from rei.com or amazon.com, you'll get better service and lower prices, and no headaches."
"Poor Poor company. They did not honor their promotion for their own coupon. I used the coupon twice over two days as outlined in their email that they sent to my personal email. I have shopped local at their stores and will now bypass the store to head to the competition. From the looks of it they probably have their own employees posting positive comments on this site now. That is truly sad if a company has to stoop that low to make it look like they are actually giving good customer service. I have enjoyed shopping in store there but will no longer even care to give my money to any thing this company has to do with. They will not be around much longer running the business like this."

These people were only looking for freebies and $10 handouts.
