"In my search for replacement parts I found the site available on a Sunday evening. I called for clarification on part numbers and when that issue was resolved, the clerk offered to take my order. Bingo, a homerun. What I think could be better clarified is the issue of parts sold in pairs. Instead of listing them separately the part numbers should be paired on the diagram. I only needed one of the pair and since they are left and right, and differ in design, I now have a spare part I bought and cannot use."

"We had the worst experience! We ordered a $300 replacement part for our dishwasher that broke within the year of us receiving and installing it. It lasted less than the warranty period while it was installed. Because we missed calling about the issue by a mere 4 days of the original shipping date, Easy Parts refused to honor our warranty or do anything in good faith for us. This was a $300 part that failed in within the 365 day warranty window! I spoke to a extremely rude customer service supervisor named Heather who told me she was not "willing" to do anything for us—not even a small good faith discount on a new part. I have worked in customer service for a decades and I would never imagine being so unwilling to help a customer, let alone to speaking the way Heather did to anyone. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor, lying that there was no way for customers to leave feedback on her performance. At least she was honest about personally not being "unwilling" to do anything for us. She confirmed she would rather lose our business permenantly than do anything to help us. We will NEVER shop with Easy Appliace Parts again!"

I received the part and it does not seem to be correct. I have attached the label from the fridge with model number and a picture of the 2 pieces side by side. The one I received is curved.
