Two weeks later I contacted them only to find out it was on back order! I immediately canceled that order and contacted EasyApplianceParts. I talked to the young man on the phone and explained the situation. He took the time and effort to make sure they had the part then made sure it was sent to the closest outlet of theirs to me to make sure I received it quickly.
