"I had an issue with my time clock in which I was not able to get collected punches on a payroll day, which caused quite a dilemma. Elsa at Easy Clocking exhausted every avenue to try to resolve my issue prior to determining I needed to send my clock in for repair. I sent my clock on Monday and received the clock back in working condition on Wednesday. When I call I get put on hold for a LONG time! Today I have called, left messages, sent emails and no response. That was several hours ago. No one seems to be able to correct the issues.
