"We ordered five canvas photo prints, ranging in size from 16x24, panoramic, 11x14 etc.
We purchased directly from the site- not through Groupon or a third party.
The quality was only so so, one print has really poor quality- you can see that the image didn't fully print along the edges on two sides.
We also thought that the edges were not wrapped nicely on some of them.
We have ordered from this vendor before, and tried others. We have liked their quality in the past and never had issues, so I'm not sure what went wrong with our order this time.
Our images were all taken by a professional photographer- so it's not a quality issues or size of megabytes. Just felt like sloppy work on their end.
Wanted to give one as a gift, but it isn't nice enough. Will have to order again from another company. Frustrating.
Also we called their customer service department/ it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. You can email, but they don't call you back for days!!! It's a joke if you actually want or need to place an order!"
