"The online ordering seemed simple but the wall display process was actually broken . The receipt I received in email did not match the order I placed on line. It took three phone calls and over 1 1/2 hours to get the order corrected and receive a correct email receipt, but then the wall display hanging instructions were dropped from the order. A delivery date was set, but after that delivery date, and no pictures, I received several emails apologizing for the erroneous email sent saying my pictures were not of sufficient quality. I never received such emails. Overtime I went on line to check the status, there was a new and different delivery date each time I checked, including future dates fro canvases already received. No tracking delivery numbers were ever available on lie. I have all seven canvases now, but no hanging instructions. After calling again. the instructions were sent expedited but the confirmation shows they will arrive on the 26th, which is 2 1/2 weeks after I called to have them sent. When I called, the associate noticed how late the shipping was compared to the original due date of October 3 and offered to discount the cost and return shipping charges which was very nice. I still would be hard pressed to deal with this company again. The overall product was good, but I have used other companies, gotten the same quality with much less effort.
Revised lower -After two more week, the expedited the final piece has still not arrived 14 days after receiving an email telling me the piece was to be expedited. This piece is only the wall display hanging instruction. How hard could it be to print and ship their own instructions. Today I received a not that it would be further delayed. This company has a long way to go to get their shop in order. An already dissatisfied customer is now a completely dissatisfied FORMER customer."

"I actually ordered the canvas print not to hang on my wall but to create an appliqué for a cosplay costume I am designing. I needed something that looked like a patch. So I designed the art for the patch and had several printed on a single canvas. When they arrived I cut them out and used a double-sided fusible material to make them into "iron-ons". Very cool."

"Like any good consumer, I read all of the reviews AFTER I placed my order. I dreaded getting the canvas because of all the negative reviews. I actually went an ordered another canvas of the same photo at Costco so that I would have a good, quality copy.
My canvas from Easy Canvas turned out better and was cheaper than the Costco print. I had several people look at both, and 100% of the people felt that the Easy Canvas print was better, not knowing where each had come from.
I'll be using these guys for all of my canvas orders from now on. "
